Sunday 9th September 2007 - Magpie Bridge
29 adults and children and two dogs set off from Magpie bridge on a steep uphill climb to Long Ash.
We had a good rest at the top of the hill before walking down to our lunch stop close to the river.
Games played by the children ranged from warhammer reeancatments to bracken bodyguards.
Several warm blooded children took to the water at the end and most people enjoyed visiting the ice cream van. A good time was had by all!
