Individual members have organised many short walking breaks in the UK for group members. Recent ones include walking in the Quantocks, in Dorset, The Mendips, Falmouth area and even up in Berkshire when the Berkshire Ramblers made us very welcome, arranged our holiday and accommodation for us and even led the walks for us.
The New Year walking holiday is something of a tradition with the group and is very popular with members. It is not unusual to have a waiting list for places for this popular event.
